According to a new study, pedestrian deaths have increased dramatically in Los Angeles in recent years because of the influx of bicycles and people walking. Although Doctors suggest getting exercise, you may want to consider riding your bike or walking during the day. Or take an Uber/Lyft if you don’t have a car.
It isn’t rocket science, either. When you are riding your bicycle or walking at night in a pitch black area many drivers will not be able to see you.
